The various MSX cartridges like the MFR or the Carnivore already have something in the fpga, but 8bit4ever also produces an audio cartridge.

I would look more at the power supply...

The MegaFlashRom SCC, the Carnivore2, the SD Mapper etc.... Put the rom files on the SD Card and load them on the real machine.

There is probably a difference between 360 and 720k formatting. I had an MSX2 VG8240 with a 720k disk drive, but I created the disks directly from Ami...

But is Screen2 slower to handle?
