Even me sometimes he doesn't see it, try changing the slot, or inserting it again, in my slots for example the C2 tilts a little and therefore depending on how it is placed he doesn't see it. It is normal that waiting 15 sec. MSX behaves better, because the capacitors are discharged and the reset or restart is more effective.
